Refund, Returns, and Shipping Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains shipping, returns, and refunds for the physical QR memorial plate and for digital purchases.

2. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free on the physical plate. We will send your order to the address you provide at checkout, so please make sure it is correct. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information where available. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for orders lost due to an incorrect address.

3. No returns on the physical plate

Each plate is engraved with its own QR code and linked to a memorial page tied to your order, so all sales of the physical plate are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds on the plate, except as described in section 4 (damaged, defective, or wrong items) and section 7 (cancellations). Please review your order carefully before you complete your purchase.

4. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your plate arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item, contact us at support@beyondthisstone.com within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will ship you a replacement at no cost, including shipping. You do not need to send the original back.

5. Digital purchases

Digital purchases, such as extra storage and AI image credits, are delivered to your account right away. Because of this, they are generally not refundable once purchased, and AI credits are not refundable once they have been used. If something did not work as it should, contact us at support@beyondthisstone.com and we will look into it and make it right where appropriate.

6. Warranty add-on

An optional 10-year plate warranty is available for $9.99 at checkout. If a covered plate fades, cracks, or stops scanning because of normal outdoor wear during that period, we will send one replacement per order for a flat $5 shipping and handling fee. You do not need to send the original back. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, or intentional damage. To make a claim, email support@beyondthisstone.com with your order number and a photo of the plate, and we will send you a link for the $5 fee.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a physical order, contact us as soon as possible at support@beyondthisstone.com. We can usually cancel an order, with a full refund, until it ships. Once it has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
